Controls reviewed where money actually moves

We examine remittance corridors, wallet ledgers, lending files, and licensing evidence with the same care a supervisor might — then hand you a report your board can act on.

Regulatory Controls Assessment

Our primary audit for licensed and pre-license fintech operators who need an independent view of control design and operating evidence before an FSC conversation, investor diligence, or board risk review.

Fieldwork covers policy-to-practice mapping, sample testing of customer files and transaction exceptions, and a ranked findings register with remediation owners — not a generic checklist reprint.

From recent fieldwork

What operators said after the closing meeting

“They spent two full days with our payments operations lead before writing a single finding. The draft report named the exact reconciliation gap our board had been asking about for months.”

Mei-Ling Chen · Head of Compliance, Taipei remittance firm · Payment Corridor Controls Review

“I asked for a narrower scope than they first proposed. They adjusted without pushing upsells, though the fieldwork still took a week longer than our calendar allowed — we should have blocked more time on our side.”

Working from Pingtung

A practice built around Taiwan’s fintech calendar

Cloud Node Security is based at 3226 Wren Close, 屏東縣, 福建省, Taiwan. We travel for on-site sampling when ledgers and branch files cannot leave the premises, and we schedule remote walkthroughs around settlement windows and month-end closes.

Most clients come through counsel referrals or prior licensing work — not cold outreach.

Questions teams ask before commissioning an audit

How long does a typical fintech audit take?

Most single-scope reviews run three to six weeks from kickoff to final report, depending on document readiness and how many business lines sit inside the engagement boundary.

Do you work only with licensed institutions?

We work with both licensed operators and pre-license applicants preparing materials for Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission. Pre-license work focuses on control design and evidence readiness rather than ongoing supervisory findings.

Will you share draft findings with our management?

Yes. Every engagement includes a draft findings meeting so your team can clarify facts before the final report is issued. We do not surprise boards with unvetted language.

Can you audit only one product line?

Absolutely. Many clients ask us to examine a single corridor, wallet feature, or lending product rather than the full legal entity. Scope is written into the engagement letter before fieldwork begins.

Ready to define the audit boundary?

Tell us which product line, corridor, or licensing milestone you need examined. We reply within two business days.
