Services described

Descriptions of audits for fintech operators are informational. Fees, timelines, and deliverables become binding only when stated in an engagement letter signed by Cloud Node Security and the client.

Intellectual property

Site content, including field notes and engagement guides, remains the property of Cloud Node Security. Final audit reports delivered under an engagement letter are licensed to the named client for internal governance and regulatory correspondence as specified in that letter. Republication requires written consent.

No professional advice via the website

Articles and page copy do not constitute legal, accounting, or supervisory advice. Decisions about licensing filings or control design should be made with your counsel and appointed officers.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Taiwan law, Cloud Node Security is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. Liability arising from a paid audit engagement is limited as set out in the engagement letter, typically to fees paid for that engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise for that engagement.
